kind of special loot at some jobs to be able to progress in the game.
Special loot has no attack or defense value, they are simply items that
are required to complete special jobs.

2) In the Boss tier, you will need 184 to fully complete the job
'Buy off a Federal Agent'.
3) Also in the Boss tier, you will need 184 to fully complete the
job 'Blackmail the District Attorney'.
